Edenesque

Edenesque is a BIPOC, LGBTQ, woman-owned & led company on a mission to advance social justice through chef-crafted, plant-based milk products. In 2024, Edenesque expanded from a local farmers' market product into a national brand in Whole Foods, coffee shops, and local grocery stores.

We focused on Edenesque's core values and the tagline Be The Love to launch the brand onto the national market. Since love is actionable, the branding reflects this using whimsical typography and vibrant colors, while the illustrations are energetic, fluid, and strong.

Preparing for launch

A joyful
transformation

Leaning on surrealism, each aspect of Edenseque’s identity plays off the idea of transformation. Bodies are made up with color that fuels who we are and our movement. In contrast, the logo is modular to offer balance and confidence. Overall, the brand combines the trust of a quality product created to uplift and the magic of curiosity. A drop appears hidden within the logo and as a focal point for the symbol and illustrations to create a feeling of unity.

The brand expansion and subsequent launch grew Edenesque from a 900K/ year brand into a 3M/year brand with a projection of 13M/year in 5 years.

Overall, the graphics combine the trust of a quality product intentionally created with the magic of curiosity and the unexpected.

Initiative

The Edenesque Food Insecurity Initiativeâ„¢ encompasses a comprehensive strategy for addressing food insecurity within our community. The branding builds off the logo with a subtle change of the liquid drop becoming a leaf.

Edenesque lives at the intersection of a company doing good with a non-dairy product that tastes good.

All eyes on us

Brand
expansion

Edenesque launched with Barista and Unsweetened Oat Milk but will expand to pistachio in 2025 and almond in 2026. Our challenge was creating a unique identity for each variety while maintaining the brand family voice. Oat, Pistachio, and Almond all have signifier colors that help quickly distinguish them on the shelf. Oat contrasts blues with oranges and pinks for the golden hues of oats. For pistachio, green is the star and is supported by blues and pops of pink. And reds and purples partner with light blues to highlight the robustness of the almond.
